Velocite is a young company which was founded in 2008. We recently had the chance to review their Selene Road model and realised they are a company to keep an eye on - they are doing some big things.

So what do you do when you have won 7 Tours de France, won countless stages, taken a couple of classics, written a book, and taken the overall Teams classification at Le Tour? What if you weren't Lance Armstrong? Well you would be Johan Bruyneel, and you would launch a clothing collection!

Light. The Specialized FSR Carbon is a trail bike that tries to do everything and almost accomplishes it!. With longer travel it could be ridden backcountry, it can be ridden fast with its shock adjustability, we didn't get much downhill time but the angles and travel could easily take you downhill aggressively, and we even slapped a number plate on it for a cross-country race. Like we said, it almost does it all!
